What we collect and why

• Request forms (name, email, phone with country code, country, message, your product interest): to answer your request, prepare quotes and invoices, and, with your consent, to contact you about ZEC miners, hosting and offers by email or phone, including re-marketing.
• Orders and hosting contracts (name, address, payment details, serial numbers): to deliver, host and invoice, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
• Cookies and analytics (see below): only with your consent, to understand which pages help and to show relevant ads elsewhere.
• Server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed): to keep the site secure and working.

Legal basis

Performing a contract or pre-contract steps (your request, order or hosting agreement), your consent (marketing communication, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest (site security), and legal obligations (invoicing, tax).

Marketing and unsubscribing

If you tick the consent box on a form, we may email or phone you about our miners, hosting and offers, and use your email to show you relevant advertising on platforms such as Google or Meta (custom audiences). You can withdraw consent at any time: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or write to sales@z15pro.com. We stop within 48 hours.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering your cookie choice). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, anonymised IP) tell us which pages are read. Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) let us show you relevant ads on other sites. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner. Change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Who we share data with

Our supplier (for miner orders, name and delivery address only), shipping carriers, our hosting facilities in Norway and the UAE (for hosted units), accounting and payment providers, and, with consent, analytics and advertising platforms. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Requests without an order: 24 months. Orders, invoices and hosting contracts: as long as legally required (typically 7 years). Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Email sales@z15pro.com; we answer within 30 days. EU residents may complain to their national data protection authority.

Transfers outside the EU

We are based in the UAE and host in Norway and the UAE. Where personal data leaves the EU we rely on standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent.
