Every miner we sell carries Bitmain's manufacturer warranty. Claims are made with Bitmain, not with us, and we help you through it. For units hosted in Norway we coordinate repairs with our trusted partner repair centre.

How a warranty claim works
Tell us what's wrong
Serial number, symptoms, Foreman log if hosted. We check whether it is a warranty case or a quick on-site fix (a fan, a PDU, a reboot).
File the claim with Bitmain
All warranties are claimed at the manufacturer through Bitmain's support portal. We prepare the case with you: serial, purchase proof, logs, photos.
Ship to the repair centre
Bitmain assigns a repair centre. If your unit is hosted in Norway, we hand it to our trusted partner repair centre and handle logistics on your behalf. Shipping for warranty repairs is at the owner's cost unless Bitmain states otherwise.
Repair or replacement
Bitmain repairs or replaces the faulty part. Turnaround is typically 2–6 weeks depending on the centre and parts. Hosted units go back into the rack the day they return.
Out of warranty?
Small repairs on site in Norway (PDU, control board, fans, hashboards) at €125/hour plus parts. Occasional reboots are free. Larger faults go to a Bitmain repair centre or our partner centre at cost, quoted before any work.

Warranty questions
Is the warranty valid if I host elsewhere or move the unit?
Yes. The warranty is tied to the serial number, not to where it runs.
Does immersion cooling void the warranty?
Bitmain's terms exclude damage from operating outside spec. Our UAE blog-zec-immersion-hosting.html">immersion tanks use fluids and procedures designed for ASICs; fans are removed and stored, and reattached before any warranty shipment. Ask us for the current position on your batch before you decide.
Are pre-owned Z15s covered?
Only if the original Bitmain warranty period has not expired. We state the remaining period, if any, on the quote.
Who pays shipping for a warranty repair?
Normally the owner, unless Bitmain's terms for your case say otherwise. For units hosted in Norway we keep it to the shortest route via the partner centre.
