What the numbers mean for you
Lowest entry price
The cheapest way to own Zcash hashrate. One unit hosted in Norway is a complete first set-up.
Quietest and lightest draw
72 dB and 1510 W. Still too loud for a flat, but the easiest of the range to run in a garage on an ordinary circuit.
Efficient for its age
3.60 J/kSol, better than the newer Z15K. Released in 2020, so plan for pre-owned stock and shorter remaining life.
Host your Z15 with us
Monthly hosting, setup, deposit and first payment for the Antminer Z15 in Norway (rack) or the UAE (immersion). Miner + hosting package rate applies.
Who the Z15 is for
People who want to learn blog-zcash-mining-2026.html">Zcash mining with real hardware and a small ticket. It is the machine we recommend to first-timers who would rather start with one unit than wait until they can afford a Pro.
Because it is the oldest model in the range, stock is often pre-owned. We say so on the quote, test every unit before it ships or goes into the rack, and price it accordingly.
Spot or batch?
Spot ships now at today's price. Batches ship in the month named and are usually cheaper; you reserve a batch by paying its invoice. Choose the batch in the hosting calculator above or in the order form.
Home or hosted?
At home: 72 dB, 1510 W continuous, a dedicated 200–240 V circuit and a room you don't mind heating. Hosted with us: from €0.069/kWh plus €25/month rack space, monitored 24/7, live within 2–4 weeks.

Questions about the Z15
Is the Antminer Z15 still worth buying?
As an entry point, yes. It is efficient for its age (3.6 J/kSol), quieter, and the cheapest way to start. As a long-term investment the Pro pays back faster.
Are your Z15 units new or used?
It depends on the batch. We state new or pre-owned, and the warranty that applies, on every quote. Pre-owned units are tested before shipping or hosting.
How much power does a Z15 use?
1510 W at the wall, about 36 kWh a day, from a 200–240 V socket rated 10 A or more.
