Questions, answered plainly
Everything people ask before they buy a Z15 or host with us. If yours is missing, ask and we answer within 24 hours, and add it here.
Prices
Why do your prices change every day?
ASIC prices follow the ZEC price and network difficulty, and our supplier reprices daily. We pass that through instead of padding a fixed price. The date on every price tells you how fresh it is, and the price tracker logs every change.
Why should I pay the invoice quickly?
Because the price can change within 24 hours. The invoice locks the price for the day it is issued. If payment arrives later, the supplier may require a new invoice at the new price.
What is included in the miner price?
What is the difference between spot and batch prices?
Spot units are in stock and ship now. Batch units (December, January, February, March) ship in that month and are usually cheaper; you reserve a place in the batch by paying its invoice. Every product page lists all current batch prices in EUR.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, from 10 units. The hosting rate also drops with quantity: see the tiers on the hosting page.
Ordering & shipping
How do I order?
Send a request from the order page with the model, quantity and hosting or shipping. We reply within 24 hours with today's price and the invoice. There is no web checkout on purpose: prices move and we would rather talk to you first.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (EUR or USD) and cryptocurrency, including ZEC, BTC and USDT. Card payments are not available.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with tracking. Some countries charge import duty on mining hardware; we tell you what to expect before you pay.
Is the warranty valid if I host elsewhere?
Yes. Bitmain's warranty is tied to the unit's serial number, not to where it runs. See the warranty page.
Hosting
Where are the facilities?
Two live sites: blog-zec-air-cooled-hosting.html">air-cooled rack hosting in northern Norway on hydro power, and immersion hosting in the UAE. Brazil, Colombia and Canada are in preparation; join the waitlist to be first.
What does the hosting rate include?
Power at the tiered rate, cooling, space (€25/miner/month rack space), network, 24/7 monitoring, your Foreman account, reboots and basic maintenance, billed on metered kWh. Pool fees and out-of-warranty repairs are separate.
What is the deposit?
To reserve capacity we ask for 2 months of hosting as a deposit. It is returned when your contract ends.
How long is the contract?
1–3 years, with 90 days' notice before the end date; otherwise it renews automatically. Early termination is possible by forfeiting the deposit.
Can I bring my own miner?
Yes. Tiered from €0.079/kWh (1–5 miners) down to €0.069/kWh (10+), plus rack space and the location setup fee. We test each unit on arrival and report the result.
Immersion or rack?
Rack (Norway) is cheaper to set up and faster to start. Immersion (UAE) is silent, runs cooler and usually extends hardware life for a higher one-off setup fee. For one or two units, rack. For long horizons or fleets, immersion.
What is Foreman?
Your personal remote monitoring system. See hashrate, temperature and uptime per miner, switch pools, reboot, fetch log files.
Can you help with import VAT?
Yes. We handle the import so you do not pay VAT during import, for a flat fee of €90 for up to 10 machines.
Who holds my ZEC?
Nobody but you. The miner pays out from the pool directly to your wallet address.
Mining & returns
How much does a Z15 Pro earn?
It depends on three things that change daily: ZEC price, network hashrate and your electricity rate. The calculator uses today's live values.
Is mining Zcash still profitable?
At today's conditions and our hosting rates, yes for the Z15 Pro and usually for the other models. That can change. We publish the live numbers so you can judge for yourself.
What is the Zcash halving and when is the next one?
Every 1,680,000 blocks, about four years, the block subsidy halves. Miners currently receive 1.25 ZEC per block. The next halving is expected in 2028.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Nothing about mining is guaranteed, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we guarantee is that the numbers on this site are honest and current.
Privacy & company
Do I need to send ID?
Only what the law requires, typically a name and address on the invoice. See the privacy policy for how we use your details.
Who is behind Z15 PRO?
Z15 PRO is powered by Homb Cloud FZ-LLC, an ASIC hosting and colocation operator registered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. See the About page.
